The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across the assigned Gujarat
territory. The role involves achieving primary and secondary sales targets, strengthening distributor and retailer networks, leading field
sales teams, and enhancing brand presence for Ariscent Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd.’s Oral Care, Personal Care, and
Nutraceutical product portfolio.
• Build, appoint, and manage support staff, stockists, and distributors
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of City Managers and Distributor Sales Executives (DSEs)
• Expand and strengthen distributor and retailer networks across the territory
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective market coverage
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Implement trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
• Ensure adherence to company sales policies and budget guidelines
