Ariscent Lifesciences is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resource operations in a fast-growing FMCG environment. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can build strong people processes, support business growth, and work closely with leadership as a strategic HR partner.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth cultural integration of new hires.
Design and execute performance management systems including goal setting and appraisals.
Drive employee engagement and manage employee relations to maintain a positive work culture.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Provide HR analytics and insights to management for better decision-making.
8–15 years of HR experience, working as an HR in a startup or high-growth FMCG/retail/D2C environment.
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment using job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks.
Experience in setting up HR policies, KRA/KPI frameworks, performance reviews, and incentive structures.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Ability to work closely with founders and business heads as an HR business partner.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
