The Logistics & Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, inventory control, and
supply chain coordination to ensure timely dispatch, efficient distribution, and uninterrupted product availability. The role focuses on
optimizing logistics costs, improving service levels, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Manage daily logistics operations including dispatch planning, transportation, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and distributors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize shortages or excess stock
• Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, invoicing, and statutory compliance
• Track inward and outward material movement and maintain accurate records
• Optimize logistics costs through effective route planning and transporter negotiations
• Handle returns, damages, and reverse logistics efficiently
• Support sales and finance teams with stock availability, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management, and MS Excel
• Good coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Nutraceuticals industry preferred
• Hands-on experience in warehouse management and secondary & middle-mile logistics operations
